You don’t need to hire someone if you can’t afford it. Of course, if you have the budget it would be wise to hire someone who will design consistent, high quality, on-brand posts; but if not, there are free apps (with paid upgrade options) such as Canva, Spark and Pablo which you can easily use to create them yourself without a huge investment!
